1. Agreement
By creating an account, uploading documents, or using a public Winglocker link, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Winglocker for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
2. The service
Winglocker helps aviation operators and brokers store, publish, and share compliance documents (such as certificates of insurance and FAA D085s), and related workflows like named insured requests and renewals. Features depend on your organization type and subscription plan.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you upload, for keeping login credentials secure, and for how you share public links. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or documents you are not allowed to share. You grant Winglocker a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service (including signed downloads and email notifications you enable).
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, attempt to access other customers’ data, or use Winglocker to send spam or misleading compliance information. We may suspend accounts that create security or legal risk.
5. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may change over time. Paid self-serve checkout may not be available in early launch; when billing is enabled, fees, renewals, and cancellations will be described at purchase. Taxes may apply.
6. Disclaimers
Winglocker is a software tool, not an insurance broker, insurer, or law firm. We do not guarantee that a document is valid, accepted by a counterparty, or sufficient for any regulatory requirement. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winglocker and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or $50 if you are on Free).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
